毛庄文博士主要研究方向为分子营养调控,目前致力于小肽吸收转运调控机制和信号调控网络,肠道营养调控技术,水产生物饲料研发。现为水生动物营养与品质调控湖南省重点实验室主要成员、生物与环境工程学院生物工程教研室专任教师。
